€6,90 in the EU, free from €120,00. 30 days to return anything unused, and a 5-year breakage cover after that.
Glass, stoneware and stone are wrapped in moulded paper pulp, boxed, and then boxed again with paper cushioning between the two. Wood and brass get a single box with paper. There is no foam and no plastic film anywhere in the parcel. It takes longer to pack this way, which is why dispatch is up to two working days rather than one, and it is the reason breakage in transit is rare.
If something does arrive broken, photograph it in the box before unpacking further and email us. We replace it; you keep or recycle the pieces. This does not count against the breakage cover.
Orders leave Copenhagen within two working days. Tracking is emailed when the label is printed, so the first scan can be some hours later. We do not dispatch at weekends or on Danish public holidays.

Prices on the site include Danish VAT for EU delivery. For Norway, Switzerland and the UK the carrier charges import duty and local VAT on delivery; that is not in our price and we would rather say so here than let it surprise you at the door.
Lamps are sold with an EU two-pin plug. UK customers will need an adapter or a plug change by an electrician.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any object, for any reason, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with the pulp inserts. That is longer than the 14 days the law requires.
Unused means: glass and ceramics not washed or filled; wood not oiled or cut on; lamps not wired in or switched on beyond a test; candles and incense unlit. Objects that have been used are not accepted as returns, but from that point the breakage cover applies instead.
Return the first object and place a new order; it is faster than an exchange queue. If the object you want is between runs, say so and we will reserve one from the next.
Anything faulty on arrival — a crack, a chip, a lamp that does not light, a bowl that rocks — is replaced with shipping paid both ways, or refunded if you prefer. A photograph is usually enough. The care page explains what is variation rather than a fault.
After the return window closes, every object is covered for 5 years against breakage in ordinary domestic use: one replacement per object, shipping on us, no pieces to return. The full terms and the list of what is not covered are on the care page.
Nothing here reduces your rights under EU or Danish consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year period in which goods must conform to the contract.
